vReveal had a forum section, which we used to get feedback from users and offer assistance.

With the release of vReveal 3, we have decided to move to a direct support page http://vreveal.com/support. Why? The forums simply weren’t helping our users get the help they needed:

· Search was poor: users couldn’t search the forums well, so dozens of users asked the same question, and we had to go through the forums and answer each one the same way.

· Incorrect information: as well-meaning as our users are, video on PCs is tricking, and many times helpful users gave incorrect information, leading to more frustration.

Our new support page is designed to get users the correct help they need quickly. Users write to us directly (support@vreveal.com) with problems through the direct contact form. If multiple users report the same problem, we post it to our top list of issues with the correct information from our support team.
