Several users reported problems with saving files in vReveal on Windows XP systems. Here are some tips on how they've fixed it.

My problem was saving files that were processed. Vreveal wouldn't save any file claiming it was an invalid format.

I did manage to fix the problem by the following:

1. Deleted Windows Media Player, Windows Media Encoder and anything else with "windows media" in the title.
2. Deleted Vreveal
3. Re-booted system
4. During re-boot, windows xp, for some reason, automatically re-loaded windows media player (but OK)
5. Ran registry cleaner
6. Re-installed Vreveal
7. Everyting is working now
