No audio/problems with audio

Consumer cameras record using many different video codecs and audio codecs. For most consumer devices, we recommend using Apple's Quicktime for playback. vReveal can use Quicktime if it is installed on your system.

If you are having problems with audio, we recommend downloading Quicktime from Apple, and then setting vReveal to use Quicktime first to decode videos.

Go to the Tools menu, select "Options" and then click on the box that says "Try to open files with Quicktime first."

That should solve most audio issues.
